Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of human resources experience (construction or field-based industry preferred).
Familiar with state/federal employment law and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRIS systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred (or actively pursuing).
