Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7–10+ years progressive HR experience; minimum 5+ years in HR compliance and employee relations.
PHR or SHRM-CP (SHRM-SCP preferred).
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience in construction or field-based environments preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
